TAM Group was founded on the recognition that businesses needed
comprehensive analyses to make intelligent investment decisions
with regard to I/T investment, deployment and operation. However,
the rapid pace of business and technology change that emerged
in the late 1980's and early 1990's meant that long drawn-out
planning and evaluations could potentially hinder, rather than
