TAM
Group Principals have been responsible for product strategy and
product line definition, product architecture and development
as well as product support. They bring this experience to vendors
and assist them in creating viable IT product strategies and
architectures.
TAM Group uses many of its core architecture and engineering disciplines
to deliver these services; this brings efficiencies and coverage
models that insure success — especially since the core disciplines
were developed from the perspective that I/T should be run like
a business and IT services should be managed as products.
The successful definition of a product line strategy requires
itterations between business objectives / market analysis / implementation
